Eligibility
Entries are open to female amateur golfers who, as of July 7, 2021 are at least 50 years of age with Handicap Indexes of 36.4 or less. All contestants must be members in good standing of an OGA Member Club.
Format
The Senior defending Women’s Champion Lara Tennant and 15 finishers from the 18-hole stroke play qualifier will advance to the single elimination Championship flight match play portion of the competition, with the remaining entrants placed in single elimination match play flights according to score. There will be NO age bracket flights.

Fee Details
$200 entry fee must accompany entry form and will include:
- One practice round and two guaranteed rounds of competition
- OGA hosted lunch provided
- Tee prizes
- Special awards from Jones Sports Co. will be awarded to the Champion
Refunds are NOT available after the closing date of June 23rd, except for documented medical reasons. All refunds are subject to a $20.00 administrative fee.
Deadline Details
A mailed entry must reach the OGA office by 5pm on June 23rd. Entries by telephone, FAX, or email must accompany payment. Online entries are accepted until midnight at www.oga.org. Late entries will be accepted and placed on an alternate’s list to fill spots if they become available up until a time that the OGA Staff establishes. Late entries will not be accepted unless they are accompanied by the correct entry fee, plus an additional fee of $25. Contestants must contact the OGA in order to submit a late entry.
Field Limit
The field will be limited to 24 players. Entries will be accepted according to the date and time of receipt of entry and entry fee.
Schedule of Play
WEDNESDAY, JULY 7: 18-Hole Qualifying Round
THURSDAY, JULY 8: Round 1 of Match Play
FRIDAY, JULY 9: Semifinals
SATURDAY, JULY 10: 18 Hole Final
(Awards Reception and Ceremony immediately following play)
Exemptions
All past Senior Amateur Champions are eligible for guaranteed entry into the Championship. Exempt players must meet the eligibility requirements and file an entry by the deadline.

The purpose of the OGA Performance Point lists is to identify players for OGA sponsored teams: the 2022 PNGA Lamey Cup Team, and establish nominations for OGA Golfer of the Year.
