The Oregon Golf Association is one of six amateur golf associations in the U.S. that owns and/or operates a for-profit public golf course.

From the start, the purpose for having the OGA Golf Course was to help reduce demands of hosting OGA and Junior Golf Championships on golf facilities across the region.
That has become increasingly more important as the OGA and Oregon Junior Golf 501(c)(3) present more than 100 days of competition and more than 10,000 rounds of competitive golf for players ranging eight years old and beyond.
The OGA Golf Course, located just 30 miles south of downtown Portland, opened its first nine holes in 1994, adding a second nine in 1996. For more than 20 years, the facility has catered to the public and has dedicated itself on developing the next generation of golfers and presenting current golfers of all abilities opportunities to play, compete and have fun.
Designed by Bill Robinson, the OGA Golf Course also has a full-service practice facility. Player development for all ages include:
