The official score-posting season in Oregon and Southwest Washington is March 1 - Nov. 30. OGA Members can post scores Dec. 1 - Feb. 29 if rounds are played in Sun Belt states.

Below are five things to know about posting scores with the World Handicap System:

  1. New to Handicapping? It takes just three 18-hole scores to establish your Handicap Index®.
  2. Post scores hole-by-hole to see new stats about your game (par 3 scoring, fairways hit, greens in regulation and more).
  3. Post scores the day you play - your index updates daily.
  4. When adjusting max scores for each hole, use the new standard:  Net Double Bogey
  5. Don't forget to download the free GHIN mobile app to post scores from your phone.
