Eligibility
Entries are open to teams of four male amateur golfers who are members in good standing of the same OGA Member Club. Each OGA Member Club is limited to a maximum of 3 team entries. All contestants must be at least 13 years of age as of October 2, 2021.
Format
36-hole stroke play team competition. The low 3 of 4 individual gross scores each day will represent the team’s aggregate. In the event of a tie for the Team Championship, the unused individual’s score of the final round will be counted. If teams are still tied, then the unused individual’s score of the first round will be counted. Should the tie still exist, duplicate awards will be issued.
A tie for the low individual score will result in co-medalist and awards distributed between those that are tied.

Fee Details
$600 team entry fee must accompany entry form and will include:
- 3 rounds of golf - One practice round and two competitive rounds
- Tee Prizes
- Merchandise certificate awards will be made on the basis of team GROSS finish and top individual finishers
- Special awards from Jones Sports Co. will be awarded to the winning team
Refunds are not available after the closing date of September 15th, except for documented medical reasons. All refunds are subject to a $20.00 administrative fee.
Deadline Details
Entries will be accepted according to the date of receipt of entry and entry fee. Entry deadline September 15th. Entries by telephone, fax, or email must accompany payment and must be received by 5pm of the deadline. Online entries are accepted until midnight. Late entries will be accepted and placed on an alternate's list to fill spots if they become available up until a time that the OGA Staff establishes. Late entries will not be accepted unless they are accompanied by the correct entry fee, plus an additional fee of $25. Contestants must contact the OGA in order to submit a late entry.
Field Limit
The field is limited to 36 teams. Teams will be granted entry based on date and time of receipt of entry and entry fee. A club may enter up to three teams, but additional teams will be put on a waiting list. After the September 15th closing deadline, all remaining spots will be filled from the waiting list. The waiting list teams will be granted entry based on date and time of receipt of entry and entry fee.
CLUBS MAY SUBMIT AN ENTRY AND ENTRY FEE WITH PLAYER NAMES TO BE DETERMINED AT A LATER DATE. All teams must submit player names to the OGA by September 15th or forfeit their entry.
Exemptions
The defending championship team, Oswego Lake CC, and any OGA Member Club that hosts a 2021 OGA Championship, USGA or OGA Qualifier, or Junior Amateur Championship is eligible for one entry into the Championship. Exempt team players must meet the eligibility requirements & must file an entry by the September 15th deadline.
Performance Points
The purpose of the OGA Performance Point lists is to identify players for OGA sponsored teams: the 2021 Hudson Cup Team, the 2022 Morse Cup Team and the 2022 PNGA Lamey Cup Team, exemptions into the Oregon Amateur Championship for the top 50 on the Men’s Performance Points List, exemptions for those eligible into the Oregon Mid-Amateur Championship for the top 25 on the Men’s Mid-Amateur Performance Points List, and establish nominations for OGA Golfer of the Year. All points awarded from the men’s and women's performance points schedule will count towards senior men’s and women's points.
