OGA Junior Golf, which administers both competitive and non-competitive events throughout the year, is opening 2022 event registration Wednesday, March 16. 

MAJOR TOURNAMENTS

Eligibility: Must be a OGA Junior Golf 2022 member to participate in Majors. Must meet recommended scoring guidelines for your division. Must be an amateur between the ages of 8-18 as of the final day of the tournament.

Format: Multiple day competitions. All competitions are stroke play with the exception of the Bob Norquist Oregon Junior Amateur where junior golfers play two rounds of stroke play qualifying and match play the rest of the week. Girls and Boys 8-9, Girls and Boys 10-11 Divisions generally play 9 holes each day; all other divisions play 18 holes each day. *Open division players are eligible to earn Team Points, AJGA Stars and Oregon Junior Scoreboard rankings.
 

SUMMER SERIES

Eligibility: Must be an amateur between the ages of 8-18 on the day of the tournament.
Format: Single day competitions. It's an 18-hole stroke play gross competition. Girls and Boys 8-9, Girls and Boys 10-11 divisions will play a 9-hole stroke play gross competition.
 

ERLING JACOBSEN PLAYDAYS

EJ PlayDays are designed for juniors ages 8-18 to play different golf courses in a fun, stress-free environment without competition. This is a great way for golfers to meet other juniors, play in a group setting and develop their skills.
