Mitchell Wins 2017 OGA Bracket Challenge
Congratulations to Adam Mitchell who won the 2017 OGA Bracket Challenge with a total of 1,230 points. He was one of five participants who accurately predicted North Carolina to win the title. Mitchell, who is an OGA Member at McKay Creek Golf Course, wins a free 18-hole round for four players at the OGA Golf Course in Woodburn.
Thomas Hatfield (1,210 points), an OGA Member at Tualatin Country Club, finished in second place only 20 points behind the leader. Mitchell gained the scoring edge over Hatfield in the Round of 32 with 160 points to Hatfield's 140. They both tallied the exact same scores for every other round.
Five participants predicted Gonzaga to be champion. Thomas McDevitt, an OGA Member at Langdon Farms Golf Club, would have won the title with 1,300 points had the Bulldogs come out victorious.
