The final Oregon Amateur qualifier commenced on Sunday at Emerald Valley Golf and Resort in Creswell, Ore., as the last 10 players qualified for the 106th Oregon Amateur Championship.

 

Max Carter (Lake Oswego, Ore.) medaled after firing a 3-under par 69, the only under-par round of the qualifier. Carter plays collegiately for the University of Oregon Men's Golf Team.

 

Ben Wanichek (Eugene, Ore.) finished at even par, while Montana Frame (Reedsport, Ore.) shot 73 (+1).

 

The Championship Proper will take place June 22-27 at The Reserve Vineyards and Golf Club - North Course in Aloha, Ore.
