The final matchup of the quarterfinals for the men will be 20-seed Austin Landis (Gladstone, Ore.) against 21-seed Taylor Schmidt (Boise, Idaho). The two players halved just two holes all day, and Cook was up by as much as three on the front nine, while Peterson came back and was 2-up with seven holes to play before Cook won on the last hole. Stoll defeated Aaren Ziegler (Canby, Ore.) 2 and 1 in the round of 16.
