Smart Golf Wins at Central Oregon Junior

Redmond, OR – Smart golf became winning golf at the Central Oregon Junior, hosted by Meadow Lakes Golf Course and Juniper Golf Course. In round one of the tournament, hazards came into play for every single hole. That’s a full 18/18 holes that have water hazards, not to mention any out of bounds areas. Round two presented a new challenge; the rocky, desert terrain of Juniper Golf Course allowed little room for miss-hits or off-line shots. Players were forced to think their way around both courses, presenting many interesting shots. Whether it was irons off the tee or shots taken off of rocks, Oregon Junior Golfers still found ways to shoot low numbers.
